Technical Project Manager - II

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiplerelated technical projects.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies, critical paths, anddelivery milestones.
• Own risk, issue, and escalation management with minimalsupervision.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes,governance, and program metrics.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technicaltrade-offs and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate execution across multiple Engineering andcross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 47 years of experience in technical project or programmanagement, preferably in a SaaS or product-based software company.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations,dependencies, and release pipelines.
• Experience with data-driven project reporting, includingvelocity, burndown, and SLA tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, andcross-functional negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Generative AI tools to enhance deliveryefficiency and automate workflows.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, CSM, or anequivalent certification is mandatory.
• MBA is an advantage.
