About this role
Project Manager - Role Objective
Lead end to end delivery of complex technology initiatives across application development , cloud, AI, APIs , platform modernization, digital transformation, AI, cloud, enterprise application delivery.
Drive effective planning, execution, goverce, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Project Planning Goverce
Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
Establish goverce, reporting cadence and documentation standards.
Project Execution Delivery
Lead end-to-end project execution.
Monitor progress, dependencies and deliverables.
Ensure quality, timeline and budget adherence.
Stakeholder Management
Engage business, technical teams, vendors and leadership.
Conduct goverce meetings and status reporting.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Risk Issue Management
Identify and mitigate risks.
Drive issue resolution and maintain RAID log.
Resource Team Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams.
Assign responsibilities and foster collaboration.
Agile Delivery Excellence
Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Track delivery metrics.
Drive continuous improvement.
Ficial Vendor Management
Monitor budgets and forecasts.
Manage vendor deliverables and commercial goverce.
Reporting Compliance
Prepare dashboards and reports.
Ensure PMO compliance and lessons learned.

3. Role Inputs Interfaces Qualifications Experience Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. /MCA
Experience: 8-12+ Years of IT exp with atleast 5 years of technical proj mgr

Key Interfaces Internal: Business Units, Development, QA, PMO, DevOps, Architecture, Information Security,infrastructure
External: Clients, Vendors, Technology Partners, Consultants
