Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who combines strong hands on technical expertise with the ability to lead end to end project execution and team management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software/platform development along with proven experience in project planning, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

•Provide hands on technical guidance in software / platform / stack development with strong C/C++ programming skill set.

•Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical decision making.

•Guide teams in solving complex technical challenges and ensuring high quality implementations.

•Ensure best practices related to code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

•Support integration, testing, and release activities.

Project Management

•Own and drive end to end project execution across multiple initiatives.

•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

•Track progress against milestones and ensure timely, high quality delivery.

•Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.

•Ensure alignment with business and organizational priorities.

Team Management

•Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and contributors.

•Balance delivery commitments with technical excellence and team capacity.

•Enable skill development, coaching, and performance growth.

•Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

•Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.

•Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly.

•Coordinate effectively with product, architecture, quality, DevOps, and leadership teams.

•Present technical and project updates confidently to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

•8+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.

•Strong technical background in C / C++ or system level software development.

•Proven experience leading complex software project management end to end.

•Solid understanding of SDLC, SAFe, and delivery governance.

•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

•Solid understanding of efficient use of AI across the SDLC

Preferred

•PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

•Exposure to global, cross functional, and distributed teams.

•Building management system knowledge preferable.
