We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager who can take complete ownership of product execution, stakeholder management, team coordination, and project delivery. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building processes, driving execution, and working directly with founders to scale a product company.
Role Overview As the Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination between product, development, testing, marketing, operations, clients, and leadership teams. You will be responsible for translating business goals into execution plans, ensuring timely product delivery, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the overall success of the AskTalos platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership rather than simply managing tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Project Ownership
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of product initiatives.
- Create product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and release schedules.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Team Management & Coordination
- Manage and coordinate Developers, QA/Testers, Designers, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure alignment across departments and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Monitor team productivity and delivery quality.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, management, and internal teams.
- Gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of enterprise clients.
Product Strategy & Decision Making
- Work closely with founders to define product vision and growth priorities.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Recommend product improvements and new feature opportunities.
- Drive data-backed decision-making across the organization.
Quality & Delivery Management
- Coordinate testing cycles and ensure product quality before releases.
- Track bugs, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Implement processes that improve delivery speed and product reliability.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope and timelines.
Process Improvement
- Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and reporting systems.
- Introduce project management best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Build accountability frameworks across teams.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or related roles.
- Experience working with SaaS products or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Experience working in startups.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, AI products, or cloud-based platforms.
