Technical Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (MDM) and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in Program Management or related field (e.g., Project Management).
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Domain or Life Sciences industry knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving migration from legacy systems to modern technologies like Snowflake.
