The Technical Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and long term projects with specified deliverables. Demonstrated experience in several business domains, preferred around the Media/Entertainment and/or Software Development industry.Works as a liaison between Toolbox and B2B customers and is responsible for project deliverables to achieve agreed-upon milestones.The Technical Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and long term projects with specified deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make straight-to-the-point brief decks and presentations
- Absorve, condense and communicate project risks and status
- Work with C-level internal and external from a neutral position
- Know when to talk and when to withdraw from conversation
- Set a meeting agenda and avoid topic drifting.
- Expose problems and issues with alternative solutions showing understanding of the root cause
- Make good use of the teams time leaving time aside for deep focused work for the projects to move forward.
- Ability to separate, differentiate and isolate architecture, business and project decisions
- High level understanding of SDLC, development, infrastructure, QA and Security
- Ability to identify and analyze technical requirements or issues when necessary to avoid overload of development teams
- Confront and resolve technical challenges, configure requirements, or analyze technical issues when necessary
