Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Program Manager

This role owns project execution end-to-end, with a specific mandate to find manual, repetitive work in that process and automate it using scripts, no-code tools, or AI, whichever fits.

What you'll do:

• Run project execution timelines, resourcing, stakeholder coordination, delivery.
• Define the right success criteria and metrics for each project, and track them not just report status, but know what actually needs measuring and why.
• Run Agile/Scrum in a simple, effective way.
• Find the manual, repetitive parts of the work and build a fix scripts, no-code tools, LLM APIs, whatever fits.
• Work with engineering closely enough to understand technical feasibility and constraints, not just report on progress after the fact.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders across the company, and handle risk.

You're a fit if:

• You've built something a script, a bot, an internal tool on your own initiative, not because someone assigned it.
• You have hands-on software or web dev background.
• You've used AI tools to make your own work easier or faster not just for research or documentation.
• You know the difference between a metric that means something and one that just looks good on a slide.

Less of a fit if:

• Your experience is heavy on certifications (PMP, PRINCE II, ITIL, Scrum Master) with no build behind them.
• Your metrics don't have a mechanism behind them ("improved delivery 20%" how?).

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, CS or engineering background preferred.
