Thisindividualwillplayakeyroleinmanagingproductreleaselogistics,drivingprogramexcellence,andleadingstrategicprocessimprovementprojects.ThePMOwillapplycustomer-centricoperatingpractices,ensuringprogramsandproductsaredesignedwithclearcustomeroutcomesinmindandthatinitiativesdelivertangiblevaluetostakeholders.
InThisRoleYouWill:
ProductReleaseManagement
Overseelogisticsforproductreleases,includingprocessmanagement,deploymentplanning,andstakeholderalignment.
Leveragekeyperformanceindicatorsandanalyticstoinformdecision-making,proactivelyidentifyareasforimprovement,andensurereleasestrategiesareoptimizedbasedondata-driveninsights.
Conductregularprogramreviewmeetingstoassessprogress,addressobstacles,andmaintainalignmentacrossteams.
Compileandshareweeklyreports,sprintclosurenarratives,andotherkeyprogramupdates.
Managereleasecalendarsandmonitoradherencetoestablishedprocessesthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
Serveasstakeholderliaisonforreleaseschedules,requirements,andreview/sign-offprocesses.
Customer-CentricInitiativeLeadership
Championacustomer-firstapproachtoprogramandproductdeliverybybeginningeachinitiativewithacleardefinitionofintendedoutcomesandcustomervalue.
Guideteamsthroughthecreationofvisiondocuments,suchasdraftpressreleasesandFAQs,beforedevelopmentworkbegins,ensuringalignmentaroundproblemstatements,expectedexperience,andvalueproposition.
Incorporatecustomernarrativesandfeedbackintoprogramreviews,strategicprojectplanning,andprocessimprovementefforts.
Leadthedevelopmentandadoptionofoperatingmechanismsthatprioritizestakeholderandend-userperspectivesateverystageoftheprogramlifecycle.
StrategicProjects&ProcessImprovement
Leadrootcauseanalysisandprocessredesigninitiatives,establishingsustainablemechanismsforincreasedefficiencyandself-sufficiency,andoverseeingadoptionandscalingofimprovementsacrossteamsthroughstructuredchangemanagement.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoidentifyopportunitiesforautomationandoperationalexcellence,aligningprocessenhancementswithenterpriseprioritiestoreduceriskandincreasedeliverypredictability.
Establishandpromotestandardizedframeworks,bestpractices,andgovernancemodelstodriveconsistent,effectiveprojectdelivery.
Leveragekeyperformanceindicators,dashboards,andoutcomemeasurestoquantifysuccessandcontinuouslymonitorimpactofimprovements.
Reportprogress,data-drivenoutcomes,andstrategicrecommendationstoseniorleadershipandstakeholders,ensuringtransparencyandalignmentwithorganizationalgoals.
