Job Description:

• 10+ years of proven experience in technical project/program management, infrastructure delivery, cloud engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge on enterprise private cloud and virtualization technologies, particularly VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, NSX, and vSAN.
• Hands-on or strong knowledge of container technologies and orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of private cloud architecture across compute, virtualization, networking, storage, backup/recovery, security, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience managing infrastructure migrations, platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and production cutovers.
• Deep knowledge with automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts/tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows infrastructure, networking concepts, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, storage, and enterprise security controls.
• Experience with public/hybrid cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable, particularly where integrated with private cloud environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, along with change and release management practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management/collaboration software including MS Project or equivalent, Jira, and Confluence.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, VMware/VCF, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or relevant cloud/infrastructure certification is a plus.
