Are you passionate about building innovative technology solutions that drive Prime membership growth and deliver personalized experiences Join our IES Prime team where you'll lead complex technical programs across multiple stakeholders to create differentiated customer journeys throughout the Prime lifecycle. In this role, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems to drive strategic initiatives that connect various Amazon systems, enhancing the end-to-end Prime experience for customers in Emerging Markets.
Working at the intersection of customer experience and technical implementation, you'll tackle challenges across distributed systems, customer-facing applications, high-throughput production environments, and the application of ML/AI to enhance the Prime membership journey. Key job responsibilities
As an example - Your day begins with leading a cross-team planning session to align stakeholders on integration challenges for an upcoming Prime benefit enhancement. You'll brainstorm solutions for scaling a personalized post-signup journey, then unblock your team by facilitating a design review with partner engineering teams. Afterward, you'll contribute to the team's architectural evolution during a technical review session, analyze program metrics, and prepare updates for leadership on the progress of your initiatives that improve Prime's value-for-money promise in price-sensitive markets.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
