Technical Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities
  Deliver product training to HighRadius Teams - Consultants / Partners and manage the whole lifecycle 

  Review and validate product training materials

  Create and maintain standard product training materials for new or updated HighRadius products 

  Improve the training process by analyzing the training feedback and JIRA tickets

  Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, product, and support to ensure all training content is updated and accurate

  Prior knowledge of HighRadius Products will be a plus 

  Prior knowledge of various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live and hyper care 

Prior knowledge and experience of technical training delivery and content creation

  Prior knowledge of Order to Cash process will be a plus

  Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products will be a plus Skill & Experience Needed
