Role Overview We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the product journey end-to-end and ship secure, user-centric products quickly. You'll combine user research, technical understanding, analytics, and security awareness to build products from 0 → 1 and scale them globally.

Key Responsibilities ● Own user journeys and the complete technical product experience. ● Build acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. ● Conduct user interviews, identify friction points, and ship measurable improvements. ● Leverage GenAI for research, PRDs, QA, documentation, and productivity. ● Track competitors and industry trends to ensure product readiness. ● Define KPIs, build Mixpanel dashboards, and present actionable insights. ● Prioritize features using user feedback, analytics, and market signals. ● Plan sprints, co-author PRDs, align stakeholders, and drive execution. ● Own product releases end-to-end, including release notes, demos, and follow-ups. ● Ship features that drive crypto adoption and improve team velocity.

Must-Have Requirements ● Prior experience as a Software Developer or strong technical background before transitioning into Product Management. ● 0–2 years of Product Management experience. ● Comfortable working in a 6-day work week. ● Willing to work from Gurugram (or as per business requirements).

Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in Web3, Crypto, FinTech, Payments, or Hardware products. ● Ex-founder or early-stage startup mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats. ● Tier-1 educational background.
