Technical Product Manager

Programme-level Product Owner and Technical Lead with hands-on command of Java/Spring Boot, .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), Python, Node.js and cloud-native (Docker / Kubernetes) delivery. Owns the backlog, release roadmap and cross-stack technical decisions for the assigned engagement, and is fluent enough in modern GenAI patterns (RAG, agents, vector search) to lead AI product tracks.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog; define and drive the release roadmap.
• Lead architecture and code-quality decisions across Java/Spring Boot, .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), Python and Node.js services.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies: refinement, planning, review, retrospective.
• Define and enforce CI/CD standards (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and trunk-based delivery.
• Coordinate SMEs, Data & Integration Architect, Full-Stack Engineers, UX/UI Designer and SRE teams.
• Act as primary technical interface with enterprise / public-sector clients.
• Manage delivery commitments, dependencies and risk; safeguard non-functional standards (security, performance, availability).
• Set engineering direction for GenAI features (RAG pipelines, LLM agents, vector search) where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot and .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Working command of Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and modern cloud-native delivery.
• REST and GraphQL API design.
• Familiarity with LLM application frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, vLLM, vector databases.
• Product ownership and Agile delivery experience.
• Ability to negotiate scope with enterprise and public-sector clients.
• People leadership and mentoring of cross-functional engineers.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science / Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in software delivery with at least 3 years as Tech Lead / Product Owner.
• Multi-vendor / multi-stack delivery experience. Exposure to at least two of: healthcare informatics, large-scale public-sector platforms, GenAI/LLM platforms
