We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, and user experience, someone who can take ambitious ideas and transform them into products customers love.

Role Overview

As Technical Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from identifying user problems and defining product strategy to shipping features and measuring success.

You will work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and AI teams to build a category-defining AI product. This role requires both product thinking and technical understanding, enabling you to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and guide product execution.

This is a builder's role for someone excited about creating products from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Translate company vision into product strategy and roadmap
• Identify customer problems and define product opportunities
• Prioritize features based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Balance long-term product vision with short-term execution

Product Discovery

• Conduct user research and customer interviews
• Analyze user behavior and product feedback
• Define user personas and customer journeys
• Validate product ideas before development

Product Development

• Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Define feature specifications and workflows
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on intuitive user experiences

Technical Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering and AI teams to:

• Break down product requirements into technical deliverables
• Review technical approaches and trade-offs
• Understand APIs, databases, system architecture, and AI workflows
• Ensure engineering efforts align with product goals

Product Execution

• Own sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Track feature development from ideation to release
• Coordinate testing, QA, and launch activities
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones

Product Analytics

• Define product success metrics
• Monitor feature adoption and engagement
• Analyze user behavior
• Recommend improvements based on product data

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with:

• Founders
• Engineering
• AI/ML Team
• Design
• Marketing
• Customer Success

Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Product Management experience
• Must have built or significantly contributed to at least 3 software products
• Experience taking products from idea to launch or through major feature releases
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Comfortable working directly with engineering teams
• Startup experience is highly preferred

Technical Skills

Good understanding of:

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• APIs and system integrations
• Frontend and backend architecture
• Databases
• Cloud-based applications
• AI/LLMs and modern AI workflows
• Product analytics tools
• Jira, Linear, ClickUp or similar project management platforms

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is a strong advantage:

• AI-first products
• Marketing technology (MarTech)
• B2B software
• Workflow automation products
• Prompt engineering and AI product design
• Product-led growth (PLG)
