About this role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own weekly sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily tracking, and sprint reviews/retrospectives.
- Translate business, client, and support requirements into clear, prioritised, and actionable product tickets.
- Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and resolve blockers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product architecture, integrations, technical dependencies, and constraints.
- Manage product roadmap and make day-to-day decisions balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with business/client stakeholders, engineering, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead defect triage, release planning, UAT, go-live activities, and post-release quality monitoring.
- Identify process and technical bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in product delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, decisions, releases, and sprint outcomes.
