Technical Product Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a technical product engineer, product owner, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, modern distributed systems, and AI foundations (prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), context engineering, guardrails, agentic systems, and LLM-based application design), along with cloud-native platforms such as AWS (Amazon Bedrock, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3 etc. ).
• Knowledge of concepts and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
• Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
• Hands-on proficiency in reading and interpreting Swagger/API specifications, RESTful JSON structures, and microservices architecture.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted software engineering tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, and Amazon Q Developer) to improve software delivery and developer productivity.
• Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirements analysis; ability to elicit, analyze, and record required business functionality and non-functional requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
• Strong written, oral communication, and social skills
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
• Must be performing satisfactorily in the present position.
