Technical & Operations Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to internal teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic system, application, and access-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams for technical issues requiring further assistance.
• Monitor operational activities and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to technical and operational activities.
• Support user onboarding, system access, and basic application-related requirements.
• Assist in monitoring system/application issues and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and share periodic operational reports and updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Support process implementation, system updates, and other operational initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate team for corrective action.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
