Technical Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day technical and operational activities related to currency & stock trading.
• Handle trading platforms, CRM tools, and back-office systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (trading, compliance, finance, and IT) for issue resolution.
• Generate reports, maintain transaction records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support onboarding, KYC verification, and client account management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.
• Identify process improvements and assist in automation initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any graduate/post-graduate with basic trading and Forex knowledge (Applicable for 2025 and 2026 pass outs)
• Basic knowledge of financial markets (Forex, Stock, Derivatives).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with CRM / trading platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
