Technical Operations Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to IT services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions using tools like Datadog, Splunk, and AWS.
• Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes, including ITSM procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues, escalating only the most critical cases when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in technical operations or a related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch etc. .
• Proficiency in Python programming language is required; SQL database management systems are also necessary.
• Experience with ITIL framework is desirable but not mandatory.
