- Manage and maintain operational data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support finance and accounts-related operational activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Finance, or Accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, and Data Analysis).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
