Job Description- Marketing Executive (Special Task Force)

Job Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru

Number of Positions: 15 (3 STF at each location)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Therapies Promotion & Marketing
   (Communication Strategies, STP for Key products, USPs, Monitoring & Feedback)
   
2. Identifying New Opportunities
   (Market Survey Meeting consultants/customers/Team Feedback Secondary & Primary source, New Products Launches)
   
3. Field Work

(To oversee execution of products/therapy marketing strategies, Understand Competition, Clinical Trends, Meeting Selected KOLs Higher level of scientific communications on products FABs, understanding Customer preferences, views, Conferences Participation, New Ideas, Better Alignment of HO and Sales on Marketing Aspects)

1. Monitoring of Marketing Information System
   (Market Size, Growth, Trends for products, Therapies, Dr Calls, KoL Meeting, Promo tools utilizations, Feedback)

1. Product Query Handling
   (Timely Replies and feedback to team, customer queries, Co-ordinate with consultants)
   
2. Corporate Branding through Conferences

Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent Technical Skills - Candidate will be responsible for the territory assigned and will have to make calls to Registered Medical Practitioners promoting the science of the product, handling queries and promoting the scientific knowhow of the products
2. Passionate Go-getter and a good team player
3. Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
4. Fresher / 1-2 years of Industry exposure
5. Demonstrates understanding of current trends in pharma industry
6. Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers
   

Candidate Qualification:
