Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the technical planning and execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges.

Design & Engineering Management

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency, quality and sustainability.
• Review technical specifications, drawing and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

Construction Management

• Supervise construction activities across multiple sites.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Implement construction methodologies that improve productivity and reduce risks.

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures.
• Conduct technical audits and site inspections.
• Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Review vendor quotations, contracts, and variation orders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech , B.E only preferred).
