Technical Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct technical appraisal and property valuation for residential and commercial properties.
• Verify property-related approvals, legal documents, and technical documentation.
• Assess property market value, construction quality, and project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and technical assessment reports.
• Coordinate with business, credit, and legal teams for property evaluation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Property Valuation.
• Preferred Industry Background: Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, Valuation Firms, or Real Estate Consulting Companies.
