Technical Manager

About the Role

Manage integrations of ERP, CRM, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience. Oversee the smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and University Management Systems (UMS).

Responsibilities

• Handle API connections, system updates, and technical troubleshooting across portals.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and backup processes for all learner and administrative systems.
• Collaborate with academic and IT teams to deploy new features and digital learning tools.
• Evaluate and recommend system enhancements for improved automation and reporting.
• Technical proficiency in educational technology platforms and ERP environments required.

Qualifications

Graduate in Computer Science
