Technical Manager Pharma/Lab I Immediate Joiner I Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end semiconductor facility construction, tool movement & precision  hookup activities.  
Provide technical support during startup of electrical, HVAC, PCW, chiller, ETP &  scrubbed exhaust systems.  
Assist in troubleshooting complex site issues as they arise, preventing project  bottlenecks and reducing downtime.  

Liaising between Tool Owners, consultants, and the design team to integrate new tool requirements into existing facility designs, ensuring seamless hook-up  execution.  

Analyzing and approving Change Orders to maintain project alignment with budget and technical standards while managing the Critical Path.  
Utilizing WBS to monitor progress, conduct quality reviews, and provide data-  driven updates to senior management.  
Resolving technical conflicts between approved designs and actual site conditions,  coordinating with engineering team to issue revised instructions to the contractor.  
Directed a technical team to ensure 100% uptime of mission-critical utilities (HVAC,  Electrical, UPS, Scrubbed exhaust systems) and capital equipment in a high-tech lab  environment.  

Enhanced the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, enforcing strict LOTO  
(Lockout/Tagout) and global safety standards for all on-site technical activities.  
Support team in preparing the critical spares list and ensured the critical spared  are ordered and kept in stock for ready use  
Support team in preparing the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) tracker for  the critical equipment and 52 weeks calendar for all the equipment.  
Presenting technical performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives in the MMR  meetings.
