L3 Deliverables:

• Coordinate with vendors and monitor data growth.
• Automate daily tasks for efficiency gains.
• Manage and troubleshoot middleware-related incidents.
• Implement and troubleshoot certificates, ensuring security compliance.
• Plan and assist in patching and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Conduct performance tuning activities for optimal system operation.
• Prepare RCA for major incidents and maintain availability/capacity management.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Execute continual service improvement plans.
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of infrastructure documentation and procedures.
