Position: Tech Lead

Experience: 15–18 Years

Location: Taramani, Chennai (Work from Office) Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience
• Strong experience as a

Tech Lead / Technical Architect

• Expertise in

TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and NestJS

• Strong experience with

PostgreSQL and

TypeORM

• Hands-on experience with

AWS Cloud (Lambda, ECS Fargate, EventBridge, IAM, ECR, AWS CDK)

• Experience in

Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ / Asynchronous Workflows)

• Strong knowledge of

CI/CD (GitLab or similar), Docker, API Design & Development

• Experience with

OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT Authentication

• Strong understanding of

System Architecture, Code Reviews, and Production Support

• Experience working with

Global/Distributed Teams

• Excellent English communication skills Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical architecture and system design for Digital Factory platforms.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery from design through production.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the development team.
• Define API standards, data contracts, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
