Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• System Design : Contribute to architecture discussions and propose scalable solutions.
• Problem Solving : Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, libraries, and APIs.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to peers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Exposure to Software Development and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
