Bangalore , KA (onsite) Client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Architect with 17+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale software applications across web and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and team leadership. The candidate will play a critical role in architecting scalable solutions, driving technical strategy, and managing end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-Client, retrospectives, and release management.
• Design and optimize database structures, SQL queries, and application performance.
• Implement cloud solutions and leverage Azure services for application deployment and scalability.
• Build secure, highly available, and high-performing applications using modern architecture principles.
• Support CI/CD implementation and promote automation across development and deployment processes.
• Manage SharePoint administration activities including backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technical innovation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, MVC 5
• Hands-on expertise in Angular (Angular 15 preferred), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture, Web API, WCF, REST/SOAP services
• Expertise in MS SQL Server and database design concepts
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
• Strong understanding of RabbitMQ messaging systems
• Experience with SharePoint Server (2010/2013) administration and development
• Knowledge of Git, SVN, Jira, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-900 preferred)
• Agile Scrum certifications preferred
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Retirement Funds, or Private Equity domains
• Prior experience leading teams and handling client interactions

Experience

• 15–17+ years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred (MCA preferred)
