Tech Lead who is passionate about building scalable products, writing high-quality code, and guiding a small engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do

• Lead the technical execution of product features and platform enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and founders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architecture discussions for new features while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to system design, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Help improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform reliability.
• Promote engineering best practices, documentation, and a culture of continuous learning. What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1+ year of technical leadership or experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong experience building and shipping SaaS products.
• Proficiency in backend development, REST APIs, databases, and system design.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as

React and

Next.js .

• Working knowledge of

AWS/GCP/Azure ,

Docker ,

Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
