Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in cryptography. • Actively participate in the design and coding of the QVault Service platform, ensuring its security and performance. • Integrate cutting-edge cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e.g., AES, RSA, Dilithium, Falcon, SPHINCS) into the platform. • Integrate hardware security modules (HSMs) using Open Cryptoki and PKCS#11 APIs. • Conduct regular security reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the QVault Service aligns with business objectives.

Necessary skills: • 10-15 years of experience in software development, focusing on Web Apps/Services, security development. • Deep understanding of micro services architecture,protocols, and standards. • Hands-on experience with design and coding in React JS, Java Spring boot. • Hands-on experience with Linux Platform • Hands-on experience with Networking Protocol. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience with web app product development from the ground up is a plus. • Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography (PQC)is a bonus
