Role Overview We’re looking for a

Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization. You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using

React, Python, and FastAPI , and integrate with cutting-edge

LLM, computer vision, and automation systems . You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms).
• Architect scalable systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and JavaScript (React/Node.js).
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems.
• Drive DevOps practices containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments on

AWS/Azure .

• Mentor and guide junior developers conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables.
• Maintain code quality and system performance ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background.
• Expertise in

JavaScript/TypeScript ,

React.js , and

Node.js .

• Strong backend experience with

Python (FastAPI or Flask) .

• Proven experience in

building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures .

• Solid understanding of

database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).

• Experience with

Git, CI/CD pipelines , and modern development workflows.

• Strong understanding of

system design and performance optimization .

Good to Have

• Familiarity with

Java ,

Docker , and

Kubernetes .

• Cloud experience with

AWS or

Azure .

• Exposure to

DevOps pipelines ,

infrastructure-as-code , and

monitoring tools .

• Experience working with

AI/ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases (nice bonus).

• Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.
