Technical Lead

.NET Full Stack Tech Lead We are looking for a hands-on

.NET Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with technical leadership, mentoring engineers while actively contributing to architecture, coding, code reviews, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise applications using

C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, MVC, Web APIs , and modern front-end frameworks (

React.js, Next.js, Angular ).

• Design and implement

REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures .

• Drive technical decisions around scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers, enforce engineering best practices, and conduct code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Improve delivery through

CI/CD, automation, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting .

• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as

GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in

.NET Full Stack Development .

• Strong expertise in

C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, Web APIs, MVC .

• Experience with

React.js, Next.js, Angular , or similar frameworks.

• Solid understanding of

Microservices, Distributed Systems, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases .

• Hands-on experience with

AWS Cloud , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes , authentication/authorization, and application security.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
• Experience with

AWS Lambda , Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and legacy .NET modernization.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
