• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, enterprise AI agents, AI-powered automation, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, SharePoint/Teams, and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• The consultant should have strong experience defining and configuring tenant-level governance, agent lifecycle policies, environment strategy, DLP, connector/API governance, security and access controls, knowledge-source governance, ALM, monitoring, compliance, and Responsible AI controls for enterprise Copilot and AI-agent solutions.
• The resource should be capable of assessing the existing tenant, defining the target governance model, recommending/configuring appropriate policies and controls, and producing the associated governance standards, architecture, RACI, approval processes, and operational procedures
