Role & responsibilities

Role: Lead Developer
Technology Stack: React, .NET Web API, Azure Cloud, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, Power Automate

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of full-stack engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  
• Expert-level knowledge in React, TypeScript, .NET Web API, and C#.
  
• Strong experience with Azure services, including App Service, Functions, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Hands-on understanding of SharePoint document storage and integration patterns.
  
• Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization using Microsoft Entra and RBAC.
  
• Experience designing and managing workflow automation (Power Automate or custom).
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to drive technical decisions, enforce quality processes, and manage end-to-end delivery.
  

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across front-end and back-end development.
  
• Own the system architecture spanning infrastructure, security, API, workflow, and database design.
  
• Guide the team on best practices for React front-end development and .NET backend services.
  
• Review and validate database design, API structures, RBAC configuration, workflow logic, and document storage integrations.
  
• Lead development of complex features including workflow visibility/actions, audit trail mechanisms, and cross-system integrations.
  
• Oversee Power Automate and Azure Function workflows supporting Estates, Contract, and Legal Document approval flows.
  
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and DevOps processes.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Mentor developers and provide technical oversight across sprints.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
