We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Resource to lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects. The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making.

• MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.
• 10 to12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• DAX, Power Query (M).
• SQL & Data Modeling.
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data warehousing concepts
• ETL processes
• Data governance & security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead and manage a team of Power BI developers, analysts, and data engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects (requirement gathering development deployment).
• Define project roadmap, sprint planning, and resource allocation.
• Act as the escalation point for complex BI issues.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Build optimized data models using DAX, Power Query, and Star Schema.
• Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices.
• Implement RLS (Row-Level Security) and data governance policies.
• Define BI strategy, standards, and governance framework.
• Manage Power BI Service (workspaces, datasets, refresh, gateway).
• Ensure compliance with security and data policies.
• Drive adoption of Power BI / Microsoft Fabric across the organization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand KPIs
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Present insights and dashboards to leadership teams
