Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy large language models using agentic AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing capabilities into backend systems.
• Develop data structures and APIs for efficient retrieval and augmented generation of text data.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the system by implementing efficient algorithms.

Job Requirements :

• 6-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in backend technologies such as Python or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) tasks like DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms).
• Experience working with React.js or Angular frameworks for building user interfaces.
• Proficiency in designing scalable architectures for large-scale applications.
