About this role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to own technical implementation, guide developers, and ensure that engineering solutions meet requirements for quality, scalability, security, and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of software projects.
- Design APIs, services, databases, and application components.
- Provide technical direction to developers.
- Review code and enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production and development issues.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Break requirements into technical tasks.
- Estimate development effort and support sprint planning.
- Improve application performance and reliability.
- Support CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Preferred Candidate Requirements
- 6-10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in at least one programming ecosystem.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong debugging and system-design skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
