Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct file server discovery, profiling, and migration readiness assessments.
- Design target-state solutions across file share categories and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365/Azure platforms.
- Plan and execute wave-based migrations with minimal business disruption.
- Perform UiPath robot regression testing and coordinate issue remediation.
- Migrate and update report storage repositories used by reporting and analytics tools.
- Ensure solutions meet Architecture and Governance standards and obtain required approvals.
- Lead governance-first migration activities, validation, and gated decommissioning of legacy servers.
- Develop end-user communications, training materials, and adoption support plans.
- Provide user support during migration and post-migration stabilization.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure Files, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of file share migrations, governance, and information management.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale migration projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as UiPath.
- Excellent communication, change management, and user support skills.
