About this role
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Team Lead with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Node.js, Microsoft Azure, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities while remaining actively involved in architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and mentoring the development team.
The role requires close collaboration with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for the Galaxy Platform.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead a team of backend developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Development

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Quality DevOps
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Collaboration
