Your Role
As a Technical Lead, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications while guiding development teams through the complete software development lifecycle. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions leveraging Python, React, and AWS technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Drive technical architecture, design decisions, and development best practices.
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution estimations.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices to streamline software delivery.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python application development.
- Extensive experience in React and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Solid experience in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
