Leadership & Behavioural Expectations

This is not purely a hands-on developer role. The candidate should demonstrate:

1. Technical Leadership
• Lead technical decisions and architecture discussions.
• Guide developers and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Take ownership of technical delivery.
2. Multiple-Team Collaboration
• Work with multiple engineering/product/business teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Strong stakeholder management.
3. Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Executive-level communication is important because of the final Executive Round.
4. Cloud & DevOps
• AWS experience.
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• DevOps practices.
• Networking concepts.
• Production/application deployment exposure.
5. Modern Technology Exposure
• Node.js + Java good to have .
• AI/GenAI exposure is an advantage.
