Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to lead and guide our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend technologies and experience in designing scalable, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor development teams and ensure best practices across projects.

* Provide technical guidance in application design, development, and architecture.

* Design and develop scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications.

* Drive the adoption of microservices architecture and modern development practices.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

* Solve complex technical challenges and support the team in achieving project goals.

* Guide the team in technology selection, architecture decisions, and implementation.

Required Skills

* Strong backend development experience in Python / Node.js / Java.

* Experience with Angular / React / Flutter.

* Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

* Experience in Cloud-Native Application Development.

* Knowledge of CI/CD practices.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Candidate Profile

* 8-14 years of relevant software development experience.

* Masters Degree is required.

* Experience in a Tech Lead / Technical Lead / Lead Developer role.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
