Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical designs that meet their needs.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and integrate technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide technical guidance and support.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of Integration Architecture, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, and Development life cycle.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through complex projects from initiation to delivery.
- Experience in managing technical design, integration, and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
