Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team in designing and developing enterprise applications
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API
• Develop and optimize database operations using Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Review code and ensure coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability
• Manage deployments, releases, and application support activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API
• Expertise in Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and database design
• Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
