Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for mobile applications.
• Lead the development and management of 23 mobile products simultaneously.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing,

launch, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Backend, QA, UI/UX, and

DevOps teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and release management.
• Ensure mobile applications deliver exceptional performance, security, scalability, and

user experience.

• Define product KPIs and monitor user engagement, retention, conversion, and

business growth.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather customer insights

and translate them into product enhancements.

• Partner with Leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and

market opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional teams and establish product management best practices.

Technical & Product Skills

• Strong understanding of Native Mobile Development (Android Kotlin/Java, iOS

– Swift/Objective-C).

• Strong understanding of Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter).
• Mobile application architecture and best practices.
• Mobile UI/UX principles and design systems.
• App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Mobile

Security.

• REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Product Roadmap Planning and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Data-driven product management using analytics and user insights.
