Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Messaging, and Identity Management technologies. The candidate should have hands-on technical skills, strong scripting and automation experience, team management capabilities, and an AI-first mindset to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to Microsoft infrastructure and messaging services.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Support and manage Zscaler and Cisco SSE solutions, including integrations and operational support.
• Handle technical escalations, ticket prioritization, and service delivery activities.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high service quality and team development.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Promote automation, AI-driven solutions, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 0512 years of experience in Active Directory, Messaging, and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Active Directory (AD), Azure AD / Entra ID
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online
• Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO)
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience supporting Zscaler and Cisco SSE environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• AI-native mindset with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications
• ITIL Foundation
• Zscaler or Cisco Security Certifications
