Technical Lead IT Services

• 7+ years of experience in software development/technical leadership within a service-based IT company.
• Strong expertise in Full-Stack Development, PHP, Microsoft Technologies (.NET/ASP.NET/C#), Python, AI/ML, CRM & CMS.
• Hands-on experience with Web, Mobile, CRM/CMS platforms, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, APIs, integrations, databases, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployments.
• Lead technical teams, conduct architecture/code reviews, resolve complex technical issues.
• Work with international clients, BAs, PMs, architects, supporting requirements, solution design, POCs, estimations, proposals, and pre-sales.
