Technical Lead

• Procurement transformation and process improvement experience is not required.
• The candidate should have strong experience in technical implementation, configuration, installation, and support of procurement platforms.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Coupa
• Zycus
• SAP Ariba
• Oracle Fusion
• The projects will provide the business requirements/overall idea, and the candidate will be responsible for understanding the requirement and driving the technical implementation/configuration.
• The candidate will need to coordinate with the respective Coupa/Zycus/Ariba product teams for integrations and technical dependencies.
• Strong experience in integration, configuration, troubleshooting, technical support, and implementation is important.

Team Lead Experience Mandatory

• Team Lead experience is a must.
• The candidate should have experience leading a technical team and managing day-to-day delivery.
• Should be comfortable working directly with Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) and senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, team management, communication, and coordination skills are required.
• The person should be capable of taking ownership of implementation activities and coordinating between business teams, technical teams, vendors/product teams, and senior management.
