Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex desktop applications using C# and WPF.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company policies throughout the development process.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C#, WPF, WinForms, MVVM pattern.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows platform including desktop application development.
• Proven track record of leading teams or working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
